To complete all necessary enrollment forms, keep center updated on any changes, report any absence or tardiness, agree and abide by the policies written and concerns of the center, contact the director/owner with all concerns, notify the center of any changes, keep children home when ill, make timely payments, acknowledge and sign parent handbook, only bring children on days and times scheduled for work, contact center if running late or if working over, acknowledge and sign childcare contract, advise of any illness, allergies, delays, required immunizations.
